Courtney brings 25 years of mortgage expertise to DeLex Realty and his clients.  He has held many different roles within mortgage back-office operations.  From working on a single file to leading large operations teams, his experience in the processing, underwriting and closing process is extensive.  He will bring this experience in helping each of his clients walk the path to home ownership.  Courtney decided to take this knowledge and apply it to being a full-service real estate agent.  His passion for helping clients understand home ownership is evident in his experience in lending and his drive to make sure each client is treated like a VIP.  

Courtney and his family moved to Arizona 6 years ago from Texas.  His daughters attend ASU and NAU respectively.  Courtney and his wife enjoy hitting the trails near their home in North Phoenix and also trying new restaurants in the vibrant Phoenix foodie scene.  Courtney is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word with a dual degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
